Everything starts with a problem. To find a simple solution, Is to know what is possible with the tech available today. The most difficult problem to solve is always changing people’s mindset.
Simple Designs
For every problem there is a perfect solution. We found too many companies solving problems with the only tech or tool they know. Sometimes it takes research and using technology we are unfamiliar with, but it is the correct path for a perfect solution.
Turnkey Solutions
To have a solution or product is not the problem solved. It need testing, installation, customization, optimizing and maintenance. There is a human component of change management and adoption, with training.
Prototyping
The process of prototyping
Starts with an idea. Break the idea down into design blocks. Test an block feasibility in an electronic lab with a proof of concept design. Complete electronic design. Check for compliance, standards and integration parameters. Update design. Build first prototype. Write and test software of this component. Re-evaluate and go forward or rework and do second prototype. Until successfully tested this continues and can go up to 10 prototypes before successful testing. The only variable that brings this down is experience. Now we design the casing, packaging, documentation and finish the solution to a turnkey solution
Collaboration
The success of a product is collaboration with the client.
I wish our boardroom was as clinical as the picture. Maybe over the holidays. The boardroom is the place where all ideas are brainstormed, with and without the client. It is the hub of knowledge and every drawing, presentation and half built prototype will pass through this space. With every project or product the path to success is just to push forward until done. Failure is part of the path. Success is defined by the time to overcome the failures. With this path the client is always and extensively involved.
Where do we start
All project or products start with a conversation. A referral or just by accident. In our experience more by accident than planned . It takes one technical inclined engineer to show the possibilities of what can be to a client. Call it vapoured ware, because it does not exist. But if the idea and the possibilities make a client excited for the future a dream is born and a path is plotted.
